Our Story

BusyCalendars was born out of frustration. As freelancers and contractors ourselves, we were constantly juggling multiple clients, each with their own calendar systems. We'd accidentally book meetings at the same time, miss important appointments, and spend way too much time manually blocking off time across different calendars.

We looked for solutions but found them either too expensive, too complicated, or just plain unreliable. So we built our own.
