BusyCalendars provides calendar synchronization services for Microsoft Outlook calendars. We help you keep multiple calendars in sync so you don't double-book yourself.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans

4. Free Trial

• We offer a 14-day free trial for new users
• No credit card is required to start a trial
• At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the service

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• We target 99.9% uptime
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We're not liable for losses due to service interruptions
• Microsoft Graph API availability affects our service

6. Data and Privacy

• We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of your calendar data
• You grant us permission to access your calendars for synchronization purposes

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy our service
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Fail to pay for your subscription

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
