• Account Information: Your email address and display name (from your Microsoft account)
• Calendar Data: Event times and titles (only what's needed for syncing)
• Authentication Tokens: OAuth tokens to access your calendars securely
• Usage Data: Basic analytics like when you log in (to improve our service)

How We Use Your Data

• To synchronize events between your calendars
• To send you important service-related notifications
• To provide customer support when you contact us
• To improve our service based on usage patterns

What We DON'T Do

• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never read the content of your emails
• We never share your calendar details with other users
• We never use your data for advertising
• We never store your Microsoft password

Data Security

We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS)
• All data is encrypted at rest
• We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication (we never see your password)
• Access to production systems is strictly limited

Data Retention

We retain your data only while your account is active:

• When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Synced event data is removed when you delete a sync group
• We don't keep backups of deleted data

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Microsoft Graph API: To access your Outlook calendars
• Stripe: To process payments (they handle all payment data)
• Microsoft Azure: To host our application

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Export your data
• Delete your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (like keeping you logged in). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
